Arban<\/strong>)<br \/>\nUne \u00e9tude de biomonitoring sur des travailleurs de trois gestionnaires de r\u00e9seaux de transport (GRT) et de distribution (GRD) belges a \u00e9t\u00e9 men\u00e9e pour \u00e9valuer les effets g\u00e9n\u00e9tiques d&rsquo;une exposition \u00e0 long terme aux champs magn\u00e9tiques (CM) 50 Hz en milieu professionnel. Dans cette \u00e9tude, l&rsquo;\u00e9valuation des effets g\u00e9n\u00e9tiques s&rsquo;est accompagn\u00e9e de mesures de l&rsquo;exposition des travailleurs aux CM 50 Hz. Les niveaux de dommages g\u00e9n\u00e9tiques ont \u00e9t\u00e9 \u00e9valu\u00e9s sur les lymphocytes du sang p\u00e9riph\u00e9rique des travailleurs \u00e0 l&rsquo;aide d&rsquo;un test des com\u00e8tes et d&rsquo;un test de micronoyaux.<br \/>\nL&rsquo;exposition des travailleurs aux CM-50Hz a \u00e9t\u00e9 \u00e9valu\u00e9e sur la base des titres de poste et de l\u2019enregistrement des niveaux d\u2019exposition individuel \u00e0 l&rsquo;aide d&rsquo;un exposim\u00e8tre MF (EMDEX II). Les r\u00e9sultats des tests des com\u00e8tes et des micronoyaux n&rsquo;ont pas indiqu\u00e9 de diff\u00e9rence significative dans les niveaux de dommages g\u00e9n\u00e9tiques entre les groupes de travailleurs<br \/>\nayant des niveaux d&rsquo;exposition professionnelle diff\u00e9rents. En outre, aucune corr\u00e9lation n&rsquo;a \u00e9t\u00e9 \u00e9tablie entre l&rsquo;exposition r\u00e9elle des travailleurs et les niveaux de dommages g\u00e9n\u00e9tiques. Arban<\/strong>)<\/p>\n<p>Dans le cadre du projet BBEMG 2017-2021, nous avons d\u00e9j\u00e0 fourni les r\u00e9sultats de l&rsquo;\u00e9tude de biomonitoring cytog\u00e9n\u00e9tique des employ\u00e9s d&rsquo;ELIA expos\u00e9s professionnellement aux CM-EBF. Dans un premier temps, une m\u00e9thode utilisant l&rsquo;exposition r\u00e9elle des employ\u00e9s pour classer les employ\u00e9s en groupes d&rsquo;exposition a \u00e9t\u00e9 discut\u00e9e. Nous avons propos\u00e9 d&rsquo;utiliser \u00e0 la fois les donn\u00e9es d&rsquo;exposition r\u00e9elle (via une analyse en cluster) et les titres des fonctions pour d\u00e9finir les groupes d&rsquo;exposition. Ensuite, le niveau de dommages g\u00e9n\u00e9tiques des lymphocytes du sang p\u00e9riph\u00e9rique (LSP) des employ\u00e9s professionnellement expos\u00e9s aux CM-EBF et d&rsquo;une population t\u00e9moin appari\u00e9e (employ\u00e9s moins expos\u00e9s aux CM-EBF, par exemple des employ\u00e9s de bureau) a \u00e9t\u00e9 examin\u00e9. Dans cette \u00e9tude de biomonitoring, nous n&rsquo;avons pas trouv\u00e9 de preuves suffisantes de la g\u00e9notoxicit\u00e9 des CM. En effet, aucune corr\u00e9lation entre l&rsquo;exposition r\u00e9elle des employ\u00e9s et le niveau des dommages g\u00e9n\u00e9tiques n&rsquo;a \u00e9t\u00e9 trouv\u00e9e. Les r\u00e9sultats du test des com\u00e8tes et du test du micronoyau n&rsquo;ont indiqu\u00e9 aucune diff\u00e9rence significative dans les niveaux de dommages g\u00e9n\u00e9tiques entre les groupes de travailleurs ayant des niveaux d&rsquo;exposition professionnelle diff\u00e9rents. Le mod\u00e8le lin\u00e9aire g\u00e9n\u00e9ralis\u00e9 a indiqu\u00e9 que les facteurs de confusion courants rencontr\u00e9s dans les \u00e9tudes de biomonitoring cytog\u00e9n\u00e9tique, tels que l&rsquo;\u00e2ge, le sexe et le tabagisme, plut\u00f4t que l&rsquo;exposition aux CM-EBF, pouvaient affecter de mani\u00e8re significative les r\u00e9sultats des dommages g\u00e9n\u00e9tiques.<\/p>\n<p id=\"tw-target-text\" class=\"tw-data-text tw-text-large tw-ta\" dir=\"ltr\" data-placeholder=\"Vertaling\" data-ved=\"2ahUKEwjUpOHgo9yBAxWE2qQKHSE3BxIQ3ewLegQIBhAQ\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><span class=\"Y2IQFc\" lang=\"fr\">Etude de faisabilit\u00e9 d&rsquo;une \u00e9tude \u00e9pid\u00e9miologique des cancers (leuc\u00e9mies) et des maladies d\u00e9g\u00e9n\u00e9ratives (Alzheimer, Parkinson) de l&rsquo;enfant en relation avec l&rsquo;exposition aux champs \u00e9lectromagn\u00e9tiques de 50 Hz<br \/>\n<\/span><\/span><strong>C. Demoury, <\/strong><strong>E. De Clercq<br \/>\n<\/strong>Avant de d\u00e9marrer une \u00e9tude \u00e9pid\u00e9miologique sur la leuc\u00e9mie infantile ou les maladies d\u00e9g\u00e9n\u00e9ratives en relation avec l&rsquo;exposition aux champs \u00e9lectromagn\u00e9tiques 50Hz, il est essentiel de s&rsquo;assurer qu&rsquo;un effet peut \u00eatre d\u00e9tect\u00e9, s&rsquo;il existe. Une taille d&rsquo;\u00e9chantillon trop petite ne fournira pas de r\u00e9ponses fiables aux hypoth\u00e8ses de l&rsquo;\u00e9tude. Le calcul de la taille de l&rsquo;\u00e9chantillon est donc une \u00e9tape cl\u00e9 avant de commencer une \u00e9tude. Des calculs du nombre de sujets requis sous certaines hypoth\u00e8ses ont \u00e9t\u00e9 effectu\u00e9s pour \u00e9valuer la faisabilit\u00e9 de telles \u00e9tudes. Dans le cas de la leuc\u00e9mie infantile, les calculs de la taille de l&rsquo;\u00e9chantillon ont montr\u00e9 que trop de sujets seraient n\u00e9cessaires pour obtenir des r\u00e9sultats exploitables et interpr\u00e9tables. Pour des maladies plus fr\u00e9quentes comme la maladie d&rsquo;Alzheimer, un nombre plus faible de sujets serait n\u00e9cessaire, mais m\u00eame pour cette maladie, seuls des risques relatifs assez \u00e9lev\u00e9s seraient d\u00e9tectables, et de tels risques ne sont pas observ\u00e9s dans la litt\u00e9rature existante. Arban<\/strong>)<\/p>\n<p>Dans le cadre du projet 2017-2021, Sciensano participe \u00e0 une \u00e9tude de biomonitoring (cyto)g\u00e9n\u00e9tique sur les globules blancs de travailleurs expos\u00e9s professionnellement \u00e0 des niveaux \u00e9lev\u00e9s de champs \u00e9lectromagn\u00e9tiques et \u00e0 une population t\u00e9moin appari\u00e9e (travailleurs moins expos\u00e9s, par exemple, personnel administratif). Des m\u00e9thodes cytog\u00e9n\u00e9tiques valid\u00e9es (test des com\u00e8tes et test du micronoyau) sont utilis\u00e9es.<br \/>\nEn septembre 2021, 88 travailleurs \u00e9taient inclus dans l\u2019\u00e9tude. A ce jour, aucune diff\u00e9rence entre les groupes n&rsquo;est observ\u00e9e, mais un nouveau recrutement est recommand\u00e9 afin d&rsquo;am\u00e9liorer les r\u00e9sultats.<br \/>\nCette \u00e9tude s&rsquo;accompagne d&rsquo;une \u00e9tude de l&rsquo;expression des g\u00e8nes \u00e0 l&rsquo;aide de la m\u00e9thode RT-qPCR. Des analyses seront effectu\u00e9es sur les globules blancs ainsi que sur les cellules buccales (en collaboration avec l&rsquo;ULB-LROT) sur au moins 10 g\u00e8nes d&rsquo;int\u00e9r\u00eat. Ces g\u00e8nes jouent un r\u00f4le dans diff\u00e9rents processus cellulaires, \u00e0 savoir la r\u00e9ponse au stress, l&rsquo;apoptose, le cycle cellulaire et la prolif\u00e9ration cellulaire. Selon la disponibilit\u00e9 de l&rsquo;ARN restant, d&rsquo;autres g\u00e8nes pourraient \u00e9galement \u00eatre test\u00e9s. Dans ce cas, une nouvelle s\u00e9lection de g\u00e8nes pertinents sera men\u00e9e.
